Charles “Chuck” Edward Hammond Jr. of Gilbert passed away on December, 24, 2010 he was 52 years old. Chuck was born on August 12, 1958 to Charles and Shirley Hammond in Phoenix, Arizona. Chuck was a Principal of Creative Environments Landscape and Pools. His passions were coaching kids, and spending time with his family. Anyone who knew Chuck became family, and he would do anything he could to help others. His love for Christ was his purpose for living. Chuck is survived by his wife of 24 years Colleen Hammond of Gilbert, Sons Chuckie and Dawson Hammond of Gilbert, Daughters Lauren and Tatum Hammond of Gilbert, Mother Shirley Hammond of Ashfork, AZ, Brother Wesley Hammond of Ashfork AZ. Chuck is predeceased by his father Charles E Hammond SR. and his brother Andy Hammond. Memorial Services will be held on Thursday December 30, 2010 at 2:00 PM at East Valley Bible Church 1820 West Elliot Rd. Gilbert, AZ 85233. Falconer Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
